The secret ingredient behind this new age Negroni? Concord grape–infused vermouth.
Add all ingredients except bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir 45 turns for proper dilution.
Strain contents into a rocks glass and add one large ice cube.
Finish with one dash of lavender bitters.
*Concord grape–infused vermouth:
Add full bottle of vermouth and Concord grapes to a sealed vacuum bag. Place in sous vide circulator at 60 degrees Fahrenheit and allow to infuse for two hours.
