Try bartender Junior Merino's take on the classic tequila cocktail.
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 ounces Don Roberto añejo tequila
- 3/4 ounce orange liqueur
- 1 1/4 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar
- 1/2 ounce water
- Garnish: lime wheel
Coat the rim of a rocks glass with salt.
Add the remaining ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
