Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
*Roasted-poblano-infused Sauza Blue silver tequila:Combine 1/4 cup diced fresh poblano pepper, 1/4 cup diced roasted poblano pepper and 1 750 mL bottle of Sauza Blue silver tequila in a large jar or other container with a lid. Cover and let stand for one week. If the infusion is not spicy enough, add 3 thin slices of habanero pepper and let stand for one more day. Strain before using.
