This spicy Southwestern take on the Margarita is something altogether new, with roasted poblano-infused tequila.
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
*Roasted Poblano-Infused Tequila INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: Combine the poblano and tequila in a large jar or other container with a lid. Cover, and let stand for 1 week. If the infusion is not spicy enough, add the habanero and let stand for 1 day more. Strain before using.
