Cooling cucumber and thirst-quenching coconut water contribute to this rum concoction.
- 1/2 oz Frangelico
- 3 Cucumber slices
- 2 oz Coconut water
- 1 1/2 oz Banks 5 Island rum
- Garnish: Cucumber slice
In a mixing glass, muddle the Frangelico and cucumber.
Add remaining ingredients and ice and stir.
Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
