You won't find this grown-up chai latte at Starbucks.
- 1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire East gin
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Chai tea syrup*
- 1 oz Almond milk
- 1/2 Egg white
- Garnish: Lemon swath
Shake all with ice for a minute.
Serve long without ice and top with soda.
Garnish with lemon swath.
