Add all ingredients in shaker tin, dry shake, wet shake and strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish with drops of Angostura bitters in the foam.
*Tea leaf honey syrup: Steep 100 grams of tea leaf in 10 oz of water for 15 minutes. Strain off the tea, and add 20 oz of honey. Let the mixture cool before use.
