Fresh celery juice adds bright and earthy undertones to this tequila-based cocktail made with elderflower liqueur and fino sherry, which was created by bartender Matt Grippo.
- 1 1/4 ounces Don Julio blanco tequila
- 1/4 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1 tsp fino sherry
- 1/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 ounce celery juice, freshly pressed
- 1 tsp honey syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash celery bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Garnish: lime wheel
- Garnish: celery stalk
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake, and strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
Garnish with lime wheel and celery leaf.
