Add all ingredients except the 151 to a hollowed out pineapple and fill with crushed ice.
Blend well and float the 151 or Lemon Hart on top.
1 cup Water
2 cups Sugar
2 Cinnamon sticks, 6-inches long
Heat one cup of water to a boil, and remove from the heat. Stir in the sugar and mix until dissolved. Add the cinnamon sticks and let infuse overnight. Remove the cinnamon sticks. Store, refrigerated, up to two weeks.
