Start your day with this delicious orange-marmalade Margarita by San Francisco bartending pro Jacques Bezuidenhout.


  • 1 3/4 ounces tequila

  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau

  • 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/4 ounce agave syrup

  • 2 teaspoons orange marmalade

  • Garnish: 1 orange slice


  1. Add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, agave syrup and orange marmalade into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

  3. Garnish with an orange slice.
