The cocktail equivalent of a New York egg cream, this rich and fizzy bourbon drink from bar pro Erik Adkins will thrill the kid inside everyone.

- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce House Spirits coffee liqueur
- 1/2 ounce heavy cream
- 1/2 ounce orgeat
- Club soda, chilled, to top
Add all ingredients except the club soda into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass.
Fill with the club soda, pouring from about 6 inches above the glass.
Wait a few seconds and then add another splash of soda. This will lift the foam above the top of the glass.
Serve with a straw.
