Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces bourbon

1/2 ounce coffee liqueur

1/2 ounce heavy cream

1/2 ounce orgeat

Club soda, chilled, to top
Steps

Add the bourbon, coffee liqueur, heavy cream and orgeat into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.

Strain into a Collins glass.

Fill with the club soda, pouring from about 6 inches above the glass.

Wait a few seconds and then add another splash of soda. This will lift the foam above the top of the glass.

Serve with a straw.
