Why settle for the same old spritz? Try a better version of the summer classic by starting with Bombay Sapphire gin and balancing bitter liqueur with lemon juice and honey syrup, then simply add some bubbles and enjoy.
Add first four ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice.
Top with the prosecco and club soda.
Garnish with half an orange wheel.
*Honey syrup: Add 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until blended. Strain into a jar and seal tightly with a lid. Will keep for one month in the refrigerator.
