The classic cocktail of gin and grapefruit is called a Greyhound. Add a salt rim, and it’s a Salty Dog. Mess it up with grapefruit beer and spicy seasoning salt, and you get a Bodega Dog.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin or vodka
  • 4 ounces Schofferhofer beer
  • Tajín Clásico seasoning

Steps

  1. Rim a highball glass with the Tajín, and fill with ice.

  2. Pour in the gin or vodka, and top with the Schofferhofer.
