A bourbon Bloody Mary? Try this unusual concoction for brunch.
- 1 Lime wedge
- Celery salt
- 1 1/2 oz Basil Haydens Bourbon
- 2 dashes Hot sauce
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Wasabi
- Tomato juice
- Garnish: Celery stalk, lime wedge and blue cheese-stuffed olives
- Garnish: Lime wedge

Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a pint glass and coat with celery salt.
Fill with ice and add 2 dashes of celery salt and the remaining ingredients except the tomato juice.
Fill with tomato juice and stir well.
