Sherry cocktails are getting a lot of love from the bartender community, and this underrated 19th-century drink is a delicious way to go.
- 1 1/2 oz Dry sherry
- 1 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Orange bitters
- Garnish: Lemon twist
Add all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice, and stir until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist.
