Built on a base of malty genever and pisco, this cocktail gains warm fall flavor from homemade Demerara and cinnamon syrups and a handful of Concord grapes.
Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Shake, and strain over a glass filled with crushed ice.
Bring water to a low simmer. Slowly add Demerara sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add simple syrup and cinnamon to a pot and bring to a light simmer, stirring constantly. Let mixture steep overnight, then strain.
