Squeeze the lime wedges into a highball glass.
Add the sugar and gently mix it with the lime juice.
Bruise the mint leaves by clapping them between your palms. Rub the leaves on the rim of the glass and drop them in.
Fill the glass half way with crushed ice, add the Bacardí Superior rum and stir.
Top with crushed ice and soda water.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
