This recipe may come from Cleveland, but it boasts the Tiki flavors you want from a Miami Vice cocktail.

  • 2 parts BACARDÍ® Ocho eight-year-old rum
  • 2 parts Pineapple juice
  • 1 parts Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 parts Coconut cream*
  • 1/2 parts Giffard Crème de Fraise des Bois liqueur
  • Garnish: Luxardo cherry
  • Garnish: Cocktail umbrella
  • Garnish: Edible orchid


  1. Add all the ingredients except the liqueur into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a double rocks glass over pellet ice.

  3. Drizzle the liqueur.

  4. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry skewered with a cocktail umbrella, and an edible orchid.
