What could be better than a refreshing cocktail that highlights the fruity notes of Azuñia añejo tequila? Be sure to have some fresh strawberries and mesquite honey syrup before making this one.

- 2 oz Azuñia añejo tequila
- 3/4 oz Lillet rouge apéritif
- 1/2 oz Mesquite honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Strawberry, muddled
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Mint sprig
- Garnish: Strawberry slice
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and strawberry slice.
