Spirits from Jalisco, Mexico and Islay, Scotland meet in this perfectly balanced cocktail. But remember there’s more to it than great tequila and good scotch.
- 2 oz Azuñia Añejo Tequila
- 1 barspoon Ardbeg Scotch
- 1/2 oz Amaro Montenegro
- 1/2 oz Carpano Antica formula vermouth
- 2 dashes AZ Bitters Lab Sunshine bitters
- Garnish: Orange peel
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with an orange peel.
