- 2 lime wheels
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon (such as Larceny)
- 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 ounce Grade B maple syrup
- Club soda, chilled, to top.
Fill a highball glass with ice and add the lime wheels.
Add the maple syrup, lime juice, and bourbon, and then top with club soda.
Stir briefly to combine.
