This isn’t your average tropical cocktail. The combination of Appleton Estate Reserve rum and Campari liqueur provides a balance of bitter and sweet flavors that’s as delicious as it is unexpected.
- 1 1/2 oz Appleton Estate Reserve rum
- 3/4 oz Campari liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- Garnish: Pineapple wedge
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
