This is a recipe you’ll want to remember. Bold flavors from Jamaican rum, Campari and a whole lot more come together beautifully in this refreshing cocktail.
- 2 oz Appleton Estate Signature Blend rum
- 3/4 oz Passion fruit syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
- 1/4 oz Campari
- 1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
- Garnish: Pineapple leaf
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a double rocks glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
