Any recipe featuring rare-blend rum from Appleton Estate is going to have a lot of flavor and complexity. Adding Averna amaro and allspice liqueur to the mix makes it even more irresistible.
- 2 oz Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12 Year rum
- 1 barspoon Allspice liqueur
- 1/4 oz Averna amaro
- Garnish: Orange peel
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Express the oil of an orange peel over top, and drop in the peel to garnish.
