Make your next Mule even more refreshing by adding a fruity twist and topper of effervescent ginger beer.
- 1 1/2 oz Absolut Elyx vodka
- 1/2 oz Fresh homemade raspberry cordial*
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- Ginger beer, to top
- Garnish: Raspberries
Add all the ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain over crushed ice in a copper mug, then top with the ginger beer.
Top with more crushed ice.
Garnish with fresh raspberries.
*Raspberry cordial: In a saucepan, bring 10 oz water and .3 lb raspberries to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add .7 lb fine sugar, and stir until dissolved. Fine-strain the cordial into bottles.
