- 2 dashes Malic acid
- 1 tsp Fig syrup
- 2 tsp Zucca Amaro
- lemon sherbet
- 4 oz spicy ginger beer such as Blenheim’s Ginger Ale
- 1 1/2 oz Aberlour 12yr Single Malt Scotch
Add all ingredients except ginger beer to mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir until well chilled.
Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with spicy ginger beer.
