- 1 1/2 oz Aberlour A’Bunadh scotch
- 3/4 oz Cream sherry
- 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao
- 1/4 oz Demerara syrup
- 2 dashes Mole bitters
Add all the ingredients into a mixing tin and stir.
Strain into a snifter glass.
Express a lemon peel over top.
