About The 4 ALMAS (4 SOULS) Cocktail
4 Souls
The cocktail was inspired by the properties of the liquor and distillates used in it, where each one contributes a common characteristic of the raw material used for its elaboration, such as sugarcane, the American agave Weber pineapple, the fine Sicilian herbs and the fineness of the anise.
Guiding me from the Appleton Estate Reserve Blend, as the cocktail guide liquor. Taking into account that robust and relaxing flavor of Jamaican reserve rum. Providing that delicious sweet taste of the molasses combined with the essences of vanilla and cinnamon. Adding it with the combination of fine Sicilian herbs of the Averna liqueur, giving an herbal essence with a pleasant brown color. Highlighting the brightness and color of Appleton himself.
Mixing them with crystalline distillates such as white Espolón tequila of the Altos de Jalisco, characteristic for its itchiness and acidity that it contributes to the cocktail and ending with that perfumed characteristic of Anis Dulce del Mono, adding the same common spicy notes of the same anise. Making this a nice cocktail for after the meal.
