Experience
Dietsch first began documenting his interest in spirits and cocktails in 2009 on his blog, A Dash of Bitters. Soon after, he became a regular contributor to Serious Eats, writing about cocktail techniques for the home bartender, spirit trends and cocktail ingredients. Dietsch has authored two books, one focused on shrubs and another on whiskey.
