Maya Kroth is an award-winning print and radio journalist who covers food, drinks, travel, culture and urban design, with a focus on Latin America.
Experience
As a Fulbright fellow and InterAmerican Press Association scholarship winner, Kroth has reported from Spain, Guatemala, Mexico and Honduras on subjects as varied as environmental pollution, political reforms and quirky travel destinations. In addition to her work for Liquor.com, she has written for outlets including Budget Travel, Elemental, Foreign Policy, Glamour, Nylon, The San Diego Union-Tribune, SF Weekly, TheAtlantic.com, Thrillist and The Washington Post.
