Kathy Casey

Casey created Kathy Casey Food Studios, offering concept and menu development to the hospitality trade, more than 30 years ago. Clients have ranged from The Ritz-Carlton to Costco and, since then, she started several restaurant concepts of her own. Liquid Kitchen is the beverage arm of Food Studios, as well as a YouTube series hosted by Casey. She also hosts the radio show Dishing With Kathy Casey, and is a frequent television guest.

Casey is the author of "Pacific Northwest the Beautiful Cookbook," nominated for a Julia Child Cookbook award, "Dishing with Kathy Casey: Food, Fun, and Cocktails from Seattle's Culinary Diva," "Kathy Casey Cooks: Favorites," "Retro Food Fiascos: A Collection of Curious Concoctions," "Kathy Casey's Northwest Table: Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, Southern Alaska," which along with "Sips & Apps: Classic and Contemporary Recipes for Cocktails and Appetizers," were nominated for James Beard awards, and "D'Lish Deviled Eggs: A Collection of Recipes from Creative to Classic."
