Kathy Casey is an influential chef, mixologist, cookbook author and entrepreneur based in Seattle who has created several hospitality brands.
Casey created Kathy Casey Food Studios, offering concept and menu development to the hospitality trade, more than 30 years ago. Clients have ranged from The Ritz-Carlton to Costco and, since then, she started several restaurant concepts of her own. Liquid Kitchen is the beverage arm of Food Studios, as well as a YouTube series hosted by Casey. She also hosts the radio show Dishing With Kathy Casey, and is a frequent television guest.
