Experience
Casey created Kathy Casey Food Studios, offering concept and menu development to the hospitality trade, more than 30 years ago. Clients have ranged from The Ritz-Carlton to Costco and, since then, she started several restaurant concepts of her own. Liquid Kitchen is the beverage arm of Food Studios, as well as a YouTube series hosted by Casey. She also hosts the radio show Dishing With Kathy Casey, and is a frequent television guest.
