Zaric has more than 20 years of experience as a bartender and 15 years as a cocktail consultant. He was a co-founder of spirits brand The 86 Co. and is a frequent guest speaker and educator.

Awards and Publications

Zaric is the co-author of "Speakeasy: The Employees Only Guide to Classic Cocktails" and "You Didn't Hear It From Us: Two Bartenders Serve Women the Truth About Men, Making an Impression, and Getting What You Want." He is the recipient of several Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, including Best Mentor, in 2014. Forbes named him one of its top 50 tastemakers in 2015, and Employees Only has been one of the World's 50 Best Bars since the list was first introduced.
