Making D.I.Y. color-changing cocktails just got easier. Scapegrace Gin released a naturally black gin that will turn your cocktails a range of shades from red to purple when paired with tonic.

The New Zealand based company created the liquor’s dark color by using natural extracts including aronia berry, saffron and butterfly pea. First time drinkers can expect a full bodied gin with a candied sweet potato and pineapple finish.

The NZ Herald had first reported that the gin had “flown off shelves, selling out a three-month supply on the first day on sale.” While it is now instock online, it’s only available to New Zealand residents for NZ$80. Luckily, everyone else can still make their very own black drink.
