Colorado knows the Cannabis-craze all too well, so it’s no surprise that Aurora-based Dude’s Brews is packing two kinds of bud into its new beers.

After two years of planning, the same brewer that brought the controversial and surprisingly marijuana-free Dank IPA to Colorado’s suds scene is releasing a Canna-Beer Series in the fall.

The series will feature several brews infused with high-dosages (no pun intended) of cannabidiol (CBD)—a legal and non-psychoactive extract derived from the cannabis plant.

Sativa IPA and Indica Double IPA are the first two beers in the Canna-Beer Series, which was announced in a news release on August 19, and will make their debut at the Great American Beer Festival in late September.
