Cocktails and the City

New York boasts enough fine bars to satiate any drinker’s thirst. But as if that weren’t enough, the city also hosts the second annual Manhattan Cocktail Classic next month. The five-day fest features a range of seminars, bar crawls and even a gala ball.

Enter our contest for a chance to go for free, including airfare, three nights at the Andaz Wall Street Hotel and tickets to the sold-out gala.

If you decide to attend the Classic, here are the five events you shouldn’t miss.

History: What Is It Good For? (Saturday, May 14):

Who better to talk about the importance of mixological scholarship than award-winning author and Liquor.com advisor David Wondrich? Join him for a rousing discussion that will cover a range of old-timey subjects.

Glasses & Tools (Sunday, May 15):

Shake up cocktails with master mixologist and Liquor.com advisor Dale DeGroff while he teaches you how to pair a drink with the perfect glass.

Three Mixologists – Three Drinks – Three Ways (Monday, May 16):

The Mindful Bartender (Tuesday, May 17):

A great deal of being a good bartender is mental. Learn how top mixologists and Liquor.com advisors Aisha Sharpe, Dushan Zaric and Gary Regan prepare for a night behind the stick.

    Hi Sierra,

There was a huge outage today with Amazon servers today. It took down a bunch of sites, including our contest provider. It should be accessible soon. Sorry for any inconvenience!
