You can find weird spirits anywhere—you just have to know where to look. From centipede whiskey to scorpion vodka, we thought we’d heard it all.

This week, Slingsby Gin announced it has teamed up with U.K. restaurant The Man Behind The Curtain to produce a caviar-infused gin. The Yorkshire spirits company used local botanicals in combination with Exmoor caviar and plankton to debut a unique savory flavor.

The Leeds restaurant is known for its modern and experimental approach to food and holds a Michelin star. You can try the gin at the restaurant in a Martini or in a Gin & Tonic, which will be garnished with a spoonful of caviar. Guests will also be able to buy bottles for $130 in “very limited” quantities.

Guess you’d better hurry.
