This week, Slingsby Gin announced it has teamed up with U.K. restaurant The Man Behind The Curtain to produce a caviar-infused gin. The Yorkshire spirits company used local botanicals in combination with Exmoor caviar and plankton to debut a unique savory flavor.
The Leeds restaurant is known for its modern and experimental approach to food and holds a Michelin star. You can try the gin at the restaurant in a Martini or in a Gin & Tonic, which will be garnished with a spoonful of caviar. Guests will also be able to buy bottles for $130 in “very limited” quantities.
