It wouldn’t be St. Patrick’s Day without pints of Guinness and bottles of Irish whiskey.
This year, Aldi wants to take things up a notch and infuse your favorite Irish alcohols right into your cheese. The discount supermarket that brought us chocolate wine and award-winning gin will release a St. Patrick’s Day collection of cheeses on February 27. You’ll be able to choose from Irish Cheddar with Beer and Irish Cheddar with Whiskey, depending on your drinking preference.
If the boozy cheeses don’t look as festive as they taste, you can also pick up the Pesto Gouda or English Sage Derby, both of which are colored Kelly green. Happy Farms produces all the cheeses, and each block will reportedly be sold for only $4.
Want to take it to a whole other level? Set your cheese on fire.
