Experience
Day earned his stripes as a bartender at the pioneering New York bar Death & Co. With Proprietors LLC, he operates bars on both coasts, including Death & Co. and Nitecap in New York and The Normandie Club and The Walker Inn in Los Angeles. He also consults on menus, teaches classes and writes about drinks.
