How to Cocktail: Green Beast

Simon Ford shares how to mix up his favorite absinthe cocktail, the Green Beast. This refreshing punch is great for sharing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz Pernod Absinthe
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
  • 4 to 6 oz Water
  • Garnish: Thin cucumber slices
  • Glass: Collins

PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with cucumber slices and stir. (This recipe can be multiplied to fill a large punch bowl.)
