How to Cocktail: Margarita
A slight twist on the classic Margarita, this tequila cocktail was invented at Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant in San Francisco. Bartender Jacques Bezuidenhout shows you how to make a Margarita.
- 2 oz Partida Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Agave syrup (one part agave nectar, one part water)
- Garnish: Lime Wheel
- Glass: Cocktail, Margarita or Old Fashioned
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled Margarita or cocktail glass, or an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
