The neon glowing pinball bar top lures you into Tilt Side Bar. While there are no pinball machines to play, the bar's decor is a nod to restaurateur Jeff Black's love of the game. The space was formerly a bocce room within Black Jack but has been entirely revamped, showcasing a standalone menu built around lucky 7s—seven beers, seven cocktails and seven "others," plus seven plates from the kitchen, with head bartender George Sault crafting a range of fun libations. THE DRINK TO DRINK: The PNBL WZRD, with peanut-butter-washed vodka, lemon and a zinfandel floater, offering a peanut butter and jelly sandwich riff in a glass KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Walk up the stairs at Pearl Dive Oyster Palace to upstairs bar Black Jack, take a hard left, push past the closed door, and—viola—you’ll find Tilt Side Bar.
