WHY HERE: At this mezcaleria from Bobby Heugel and Alba Huerta, it's not about making modern mezcal and tequila drinks. It's about paying homage to Mexican traditions and introducing those to America through ingredients like young coconut sap, found at roadside stands throughout Mexico.
