Currently one of the hottest places in town to score tacos is at chef/owner Esdras Ochoa’s Salazar, located in little-known L.A. River–adjacent neighborhood Frogtown. A majority of the seats are outside, taking advantage of the city’s year-round spring-like weather. For alfresco-friendly cocktails, bartender Aaron Melendrez created boozy agua frescas and put Micheladas and Margaritas on tap.
The Drink To Drink: The trio of boozy agua frescas are updated regularly on the menu and usually feature the most Instagrammable presentations like cocktails served out of a double fishbowl.
