Bartenders often open bars where they like to drink. In the case of award-winning mixologist Todd Thrasher, that bar is PX, where he makes house-crafted bitters and tonics and takes a farm-to-table approach to his cocktails.
After nearly a decade in business, Thrasher continues to challenge the norm, always introducing innovative drinks with disparate ingredients like pimento dram, farm eggs and lemon juice, or salt water, blue Curaçao and grapefruit.
