Billed as an Anglo-Indian pub, this lively addition to the Division Strip is a great stop for seriously good food coupled with a neat drink menu. The stars are the quartet of Royale Cups, featuring local distiller Letherbee’s interpretation of Pimm’s. Everything else rotates regularly, including a daily beer flip, a house shandygaff, one each of shaken and stirred cocktails and a massive list of tap beers whose availability is updated in real time on a digital ticker board.
THE DRINK TO DRINK: Royale Cup No. 2, based in scotch and finished with blueberry, ginger, lemon and Letherbee’s Royale Cup liqueur.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Don’t skip dinner here. Hearty food like the beef cheek pie is as much of a draw as the unique drinks.
