Opened by Paul McGee in the dead of winter 2015, this cozy Tiki den made the James Beard shortlist for outstanding bar program its first year and for good reason. The Polynesian-themed parlor is inviting and fun, staffers’ rum game is on point, and every drink is a succinct tribute to the bygone era of teeny paper umbrellas.
