NYC cocktail legend Richard Boccato (Milk & Honey, Dutch Kills) is behind this downright sexy neighborhood destination. From its custom-made raw leather seats to the pewter and stone walls to the delicate lighting, it’s designed to feel as if it has always been here. Classic, historic drinks are served with precision and burst with flavor (some with pickled walnuts on the side). THE DRINK TO DRINK: The Dragon’s Breath, an adaptation 1934 recipe, is a sweet-and-bright blend of calvados brandy, dry vermouth, apricot liqueur and hot sauce (with those pickled walnuts).
