Inspired by the all-day café culture of Latin America, the newest bar from Heisler Hospitality serves cocktails as strong as its coffee. The bolero-heavy soundtrack and colorful tile make the trip from Chicago to the tropics, and the frozen house Daiquiri stamps the passport, if you will. The menu, designed by Michael Rubel and Ben Fasman, who got to know each other at Big Star, is heavy on piscos, cachacas and rums (and rhums). THE DRINK TO DRINK: A kind of house highball dubbed The Breezy: spirit of choice that rotates on the regular plus Yerba Mate, falernum, lime and a splash of soda. Follow #keepitbreezy for previews. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: If you stop in close enough to opening time, ask after the fresh (mid-)morning pastry.
