Head bartender Sarah Ruiz created the bar program at Dirty Habit. She brings an array of unique and global ingredients to her beverages, while delivering libations ranging from refined to bold and inventive, as well as large-format cocktails. Located in the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Penn Quarter, within what was the 1841 General Post Office, the restaurant also opens earlier each day for breakfast and takes advantage of its unique space, with a glass atrium and a massive patio. THE DRINK TO DRINK: Get nutty with the Seeing Spots, which combines Lustau palo cortado sherry, Noilly Prat dry vermouth, D.C.'s Don Ciccio & Figli nocino liqueur, walnut bitters and walnut oil.
